Can you deliver to the hotel or ballroom on the day?
Yes. Give us the venue, date and an on-site contact and we will deliver ahead of setup.
Can we have different gifts for guests and lucky draw winners?
Yes, and we recommend it. Door gifts at $3–$8 for everyone, higher-value items for winners.
How late can I order?
Usual production is 12–14 working days. Beyond that we would look at ready stock, which can be customised within 7 days or supplied plain in 2. Some items run to a different schedule — message us with your date and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
