How to Choose a Custom Non-Woven Bag
Four decisions settle almost every non-woven bag order: how the bag is made, its shape, its size and finish, and how your logo is printed.
Choose the Construction: Ultrasonic or Stitched
- Ultrasonic: seams are heat-sealed instead of sewn. Lighter and the lowest cost, ideal for event giveaways and goodie bags.
- Stitched: seams are sewn. Stronger for heavier contents such as bottles and books, about $0.30/pc more at 100 to 1,000pcs.
Choose Your Shape
- Die-cut: the handle is punched into the bag. The cheapest and flattest, good for brochures and light handouts.
- Loop handles with a base: stands up and holds boxes, ideal for goodie bags.
- Drawstring (36 × 44cm): carried on the back.
- Foldable: folds into a small pouch for repeated use.
- Bottle bag (16 × 28cm): for wine and bottle gifts.
- Button or zip closure: keeps contents in, good for retail and gifting.
Choose Your Size
- A5 (about 20 × 20cm): small gifts and F&B takeaway.
- A4 (28 × 35cm die-cut, or 28 × 10 × 35cm with base): documents and seminar handouts.
- A3 (33 × 40cm die-cut, 35 × 10 × 35cm square, up to 43 × 15 × 38cm landscape): goodie bags and bulky packs.
Choose Your Finish
- Standard non-woven: matt fabric in a wide range of colours.
- Laminated: a coated surface that resists water and looks more premium. From 20pcs on selected ready-stock styles, 200pcs on custom sizes.
- Metallic foil (A4): silver or gold for festive gifting, from 500pcs.
- Embossed: a textured pattern pressed into the fabric.
Choose Your Print
- 1-colour logo: included on most non-woven bags.
- 2 to 4 colours, or full colour: charged per colour.
- Extra print positions: front, back and sides, up to 4 positions.

Common Mistakes Before You Order
- A dark logo on a dark bag. Choose a contrasting bag colour, or a white or light ink.
- Artwork running to the edge or across a seam. Keep it inside the print area.
- Very fine lines and tiny text. Non-woven fabric has texture, so keep details bold.
- Choosing ultrasonic for heavy contents. Pick stitched with a base.
- Ordering for a date inside 12–14 working days. Ask about selected ready-stock styles, printed with your logo in 5–7 working days.
When Non-Woven Is Not the Right Choice

How long does non-woven bag printing take?
Standard lead time is 12–14 working days after you approve the artwork. Selected ready-stock non-woven bags can be printed with your logo in 5–7 working days. Some items differ, so contact us with your date.
How much do custom non-woven bags cost?
An A4 die-cut non-woven bag with a 1-colour logo is $2.70/pc at 100pcs, $1.70/pc at 500pcs and $1.15/pc at 1,000pcs. Stitched seams, lamination, more colours or extra print positions add to that.
Can I get a sample before the bulk order?
Yes. On ready-stock styles a sample with your logo is $90 and a plain sample $20. The logo sample fee is refunded 50% on orders of 500 to 1,000pcs and 100% above 1,000pcs.
Is the laminated version worth the extra cost?
Lamination adds water resistance and a more premium finish. Choose it for client gifting or bags that will be reused. For large goodie bag runs where cost per piece matters most, standard non-woven is the better choice.
