GiftHub Singapore does not operate an Amazon store

Gifthub Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202306760R), trading as GiftHub Singapore at gifthub.com.sg, does not sell on Amazon and is not affiliated with any Amazon seller, store or brand.

An unrelated seller on Amazon has displayed our website address and used a similar name without our permission. As a result, some Amazon buyers contact us believing we supplied their order. We did not.

If you bought something on Amazon

We are not the seller, so we have no access to your order and cannot issue a refund, send a replacement, or check your delivery. Please raise it with Amazon directly:

  • Go to Your Orders in your Amazon account and choose Problem with order.
  • If the seller does not resolve it, use Amazon's A-to-z Guarantee claim process.
  • Or contact Amazon customer service directly.

We are sorry for the confusion this causes. It is not something we are able to fix from our side, and we have reported the matter to Amazon.

What GiftHub actually does

GiftHub is a Singapore-based corporate gifting supplier. We supply customised corporate gifts — tote bags, tumblers, lanyards, notebooks, umbrellas, blind boxes and similar — to businesses, schools, government agencies and event organisers in Singapore, usually in bulk and subject to a minimum order quantity.

We do not sell on Amazon or through any other marketplace. Our only sales channels are this website and direct contact with our team.
