- 380gsm premium cotton — heavier, hotel-grade weight and drape. Used on our bath towels.
- Microfibre — lightweight and fast drying, and the only material that takes edge-to-edge full-colour sublimation. Best for sports, gym and event giveaways.

- Waffle weave — light and quick drying, traditional for golf towels.
Branding methods
- Embroidery — raised stitched logo on cotton. The most premium finish and the most durable through washing.
- Screen printing — flat solid-colour logos. Most cost-effective at higher quantities.
- Heat transfer — handles fine detail and multiple colours across a smaller print area.
- Full-layout sublimation — microfibre only. Prints the entire towel surface, edge to edge, in full colour.
