Shipping policy

Delivery Timeline: Delivery is arranged after production is complete and full payment is received. You will be notified once your goods are dispatched.
Cut-off Time: Orders and confirmations received after 2:00 PM SGT will be processed on the next working day.
Overseas Bank Transfers: A 3% surcharge applies to cover transaction costs for payments made from overseas bank accounts.
